We recommend Crew Basics for the first one or two classes. These rowing classes start with the basic movements, interspersed with frequent stretching. Within 5 minutes you can row well enough to achieve a full body aerobic workout.
- All international rowing races are 2,000m sprints with 6 boats maximum.
- The fastest crew is men's 8, with times just over 5 minutes, the slowest is the women's light weight single with times over 7 minutes depending upon conditions.
